Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times
All orders are prepared and dispatched from Portugal with care and ritual intention.
We primarily ship using CTT – Correios de Portugal (the national postal service), which provides both domestic and international delivery options with full tracking.
- Ready-made items: typically ship within 3–5 business days.
- Custom-made items: processing times vary and will be communicated individually before purchase.
Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods, holidays or ceremonial creation phases.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- Portugal
- European Union countries
- Non-EU Europe
- Worldwide (selected destinations)

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and the shipping class (weight/size category) associated with your item.
Portugal
- Rates vary according to weight and item category.
European Union
- Flat-rate fees are applied based on CTT international pricing brackets.
Non-EU Europe
- Additional fees may apply due to customs procedures or higher postal tariffs.
Rest of the World
- International shipping rates follow CTT’s Zone 3 and Zone 4 pricing.
- Delivery times may vary significantly depending on location and customs clearance.
All final shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Portugal: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 5–12 business days
- Non-EU Europe: 7–20 business days
- International: 10–30+ business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, postal delays, or other factors beyond our control. Delays caused by customs procedures or local postal services do not constitute a breach of contract, as they are beyond our control.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, VAT or handling fees imposed by your country.
- These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays, returns or destruction of packages due to unpaid fees or customs refusal.
6. Tracking Information
All orders are shipped with a tracking code. You will receive your tracking number via email once the package has been dispatched. Tracking links may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment. If you do not receive tracking information within a few days, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.
7. Shipping Insurance (Declared Value)
Shipping insurance — also known as declared value — can be arranged upon request before checkout.
If you wish to insure your parcel, you can select this option at checkout by checking the box: “Add shipping insurance (declared value — cost to be confirmed)”.
After your order is placed, we will calculate the insurance cost based on your parcel’s weight, value and destination, according to CTT postal rates. You will then be contacted with the exact insurance amount and can confirm or decline before dispatch.
This option ensures coverage in case of loss or damage during transit. Uninsured parcels are shipped at the buyer’s own risk.
8. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
- Once an order is handed to the carrier, responsibility for transit passes to the postal or courier service.
- If your package is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will support you in filing a claim with the carrier.
- Refunds or replacements for lost parcels depend on the outcome of the carrier’s investigation and available insurance coverage.
9. Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
10. Returns Due to Non-Collection
If a package is returned to us due to non-collection, unpaid customs fees or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order. Refunds for unclaimed packages may be issued excluding original shipping costs. If a returned parcel is re-sent after the initial delivery attempt, the customer will be charged for the new shipping cost. Refunds for unclaimed packages exclude the original shipping fee and any customs charges incurred.
