Shipping Policy

1. Processing Times
All orders are prepared and dispatched from Portugal with care and ritual intention.
Orders are shipped via CTT – Correios de Portugal and/or trusted courier partners, depending on destination and parcel size. All shipments include tracking.
- Ready-made items: typically ship within 3–5 business days.
- Custom-made items: processing times vary and will be communicated individually before purchase and/or indicated on the product page.
Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods, holidays or ceremonial creation phases.
Packaging: All orders are carefully packaged with appropriate protection to reduce the risk of damage during transport.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- Portugal
- European Union countries
- Non-EU Europe
- Worldwide (selected destinations)

3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and the shipping class (weight/size category) associated with your item. All final shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Portugal: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 5–12 business days
- Non-EU Europe: 7–20 business days
- International: 10–30+ business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier operations, peak seasons, weather events, customs processing and other factors beyond our control. Customs processing times vary by country and may extend delivery estimates.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory consumer law.
5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, VAT or handling fees imposed by your country.
- These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
- If a shipment is returned or refused due to unpaid customs fees, this does not qualify as product defect or non-conformity.
6. Tracking Information
All orders are shipped with a tracking code. You will receive your tracking number via email once the package has been dispatched.
Tracking links may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment. If you do not receive tracking information within a few days, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.
7. Shipping Insurance (Declared Value)
Shipping insurance — also known as declared value — can be arranged upon request before checkout, where available for your destination/service level.
If you wish to insure your parcel, you can select this option at checkout by checking the box:
“Add shipping insurance (declared value — cost to be confirmed)”.
After your order is placed, we will calculate the insurance cost based on your parcel’s weight, value and destination, according to carrier rates. You will then be contacted with the exact insurance amount and can confirm or decline before dispatch.
Important: Choosing not to add insurance may limit the compensation available under the carrier’s standard terms. This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights applicable to EU/EEA consumers.
8. Risk Transfer (EU/EEA vs. Non-EU)
- EU/EEA consumers: the risk of loss or damage transfers to you only upon physical delivery (when you, or a person designated by you, receives the goods).
- Non-EU orders: risk allocation may vary depending on local law and the carrier’s conditions; however, we will always assist with investigations and claims where possible.
9. Lost, Delayed, Delivered-but-Not-Received, or Damaged Packages
- If your package is delayed, lost, marked as delivered but you did not receive it, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at nativesdawn@gmail.com. We will assist you in opening an investigation/claim with the carrier.
- EU/EEA consumers: if a parcel is lost before delivery, we remain responsible under applicable consumer law and will provide a replacement or refund where required.
- For non-EU destinations, resolution timelines may be affected by customs procedures, carrier policies and local delivery practices.
10. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
If a parcel is returned or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
11. Returns Due to Non-Collection / Refusal
If a package is returned to us due to non-collection, unpaid customs fees or refusal by the customer, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs if the order is re-sent.
If a refund is issued for an unclaimed/returned parcel (where applicable), it may be processed excluding any shipping costs already incurred and any customs charges or return fees imposed by the carrier/customs authorities, provided this is permitted under applicable law.
